Establishment in 1960
We, Tokyo Electric Power Services Co., Ltd. (TEPSCO) was established in December 1960 as an affiliated company of Tokyo Electric Power Company,Incorporated (TEPCO) to provide consulting services for electric power industry.

We are an expert team of professionals in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering,
geological engineering and environmental protection.
These specialties enable us to provide high-quality services in construction projects for hydroelectric and
thermal power generation; overhead and underground transmission lines; substations; and renewable
energy resources.
With such expertise plus our commitment to bettering peoples’ lives and improving the environment, we
deploy our projects domestically and internationally.

Power Sector Consultant
Our services cover power sector studies, master plans and feasibility studies supported by multilateral donors such as Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), World Bank (WB) and Asian Development Bank (ADB). In developing countries facing power sector challenges, we also carry out project management services (including designs, procurement management and construction supervision). On the other hand, in ODA graduated countries, we play an important role as a private electric power consultant.
Overseas Network
TEPSCO has for over half a century contracted with government ministries and agencies, and private organizations on projects worldwide in all over Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe. On these massive and diverse projects, we have provided - and continue to provide - one-stop engineering services from master plans and feasibility studies, to project management for generation, transmission, and distribution.
We have positively expanded our business reach into renewable energy resources, energy conservation, and consulting on operations and maintenance. We are and will continue to be a key player in ODA projects. Through proactively stepping up our involvement in private electric power projects, we’re also increasing our presence all over Asia and in territories like Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
