Remote monitoring sensors developed for lattice tower managersDELI-FACT®
DELI-FACT® replaces all measurement tasks that customers performed on site with a monitoring system and provides them with the measurement data.

Software to automatically visualize gas flow paths through pipingIsolationNavi®
To resolve the problems of isolation work, our company worked in tandem with Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., and Daigas G&P Solution Co., Ltd. to develop IsolationNavi®. This software digitalizes drawings of plant equipment such as piping and control valves and automatically visualizes the flow path of the gas as it changes due to the opening and closing of control valves.

Estimating residual tension in PC steel using the surface strain method Deterioration Diagnosis Technology for PC Road Bridges
By measuring the surface strain and crack widths of PC (Prestressed Concrete) girders, it is possible to detect the behavior of cracks running perpendicular to the bridge axis when vehicles are driving over it and estimate the residual tension of the PC steel to determine the degree of deterioration and need for repairs.

Visualization of the risks and values of invisible structures undergroundSeismic Risk Assessment Service for Buried Linear Structures
The extent of damage caused by the largest earthquake expected to occur during the in-service period of structure is expressed as a percentage of the structure’s reconstruction cost (the total cost to rebuild all parts of the structure at once).

Supporting building maintenance using a databaseFacility Management System
We offer a service to streamline facility inspections using mobile tools and automate inspection data input through data linkage. This will improve long-term repair plans by establishing an information infrastructure through the unification of BIM models and the facility registry.

Countermeasures against tsunamis and flooding for small-scale outdoor storage tanksTsunami and Flood Countermeasures for Small Oil Tanks Using CFRP
It has now become possible to drastically improve tsunami and flood resistance performance at a low cost by employing a surface constraint method using CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic). We believe it will play a very important role for disaster prevention.
