Held company-wide event titled the “Convention for All Employees (Zenintaikai)” under the theme of “co-creation.”

In October 2023, we held “Convention for All Employees(Zenintaikai)” under the theme of “co-creation” at the TOC Ariake Convention Hall, which brought together our employees. The “Convention for All Employees (Zenintaikai),” the title of the event, implies that each employee is a major player and should think proactively.

Our mission is to relentlessly strive to realize a sustainable, safe, and secure society. To achieve this goal, we believe that co-creation is the key to enhancing corporate value: all employees work together and collaborate to share ideas beyond the traditional organizational frameworks.

At the convention, the participants were divided into several groups to exchange opinions and ideas about the potentiality of co-creation based on their experiences, and they discussed what to value in order to realize co-creation.

The participants shared a variety of ideas: “There are no boundaries in the field of technologies,” and “It is important to show interest in other departments and understand what they do.”

We will continue to make an effort to be a better company where the employees, regardless of position, respect each other beyond the frameworks of the organization and work together through such activities as the current convention. Furthermore, we will keep moving forward to realize a sustainable, safe, and secure society.
