At power plants, it is necessary to inspect every facility on the premises to check for any abnormalities when natural disasters such as earthquakes occur. In this situation, despite the many items that need to be checked, it is often essential to promptly report any problems and abnormalities to the local government and the media. It also takes a considerable amount of time to gather information and prepare a report. On top of that, these tasks must be accomplished while securing the safety of on-site workers.

To address these issues, we have developed a “Report and Contact System” that allows users to automatically send the necessary information from power plants, create reports on the cloud, and submit them to the relevant parties. The system enables the creation of accurate reports in a short period of time, thus preventing input errors. Furthermore, without the need for on-site checks, it also reduces the risk for workers in the event of a secondary disaster.

The system can be used not only by power plants, but also by companies that own large factories and other facilities as a means of sharing information during times of disaster.
