Conducting simple load surveys during refurbishment designs to properly evaluate air conditioner capacity

In addition to our design services, we conduct building diagnosis using simple measurements to assess current conditions.This is particularly crucial in areas like server rooms, where equipment with high heat generation, such as electrical panels, is commonly installed. Manufacturers often assume excessive safety factors when presenting heat generation conditions for equipment.
To accurately determine the amount of heat generated based on air-conditioning load and review excessive air conditioning capacity, we use simple measurements with a thermo-hygrometer and ammeter. Additionally, we propose energy-efficient air conditioning equipment by optimizing air conditioning capacity, which reduces power consumption and prevents hunting.
