Cloud Integration of On-Site Inspected Instrument DataInstrument Calibration Data Management System

At power plants, regular instrument inspections are carried out, and during these inspections, a large number of instruments are examined. However, until now, the inspection data has been saved by operators on individual PCs and other devices, and since this data is also highly confidential, it has been a challenge to aggregate it. In addition, the data has only been used to create reports and lacked convenience.

To address these issues, we developed a cloud service which aggregates and shares the previously dispersed instrument calibration data. Furthermore, we have expanded the system’s functionality, incorporating features to monitor inspection progress, manage the calibration of measuring instruments, and perform simplified drift evaluations of instruments.

In the future, our goal is to enable on-site calibration data input using a tablet device. This will allow users to directly access the cloud and update data in real time, thereby preventing input errors during data entry and reducing work time.

This system will be customizable to meet the specific needs of customers, including large-scale factories, so please feel free to contact us.
