Proposals for HVAC systems based on our comprehensive technological capabilities

We offer equipment design services that prioritize human comfort in buildings, as well as mechanical facilities that house heat-generating equipment like data centers and critical equipment rooms. Additionally, we specialize in HVAC system design for buildings across a wide range of industries.

HVAC System

Data center (DC) air conditioning system design

Data centers consolidate servers, communications equipment, and other devices to operate more efficiently than individual companies. With the continuous development of 5G, 6G, and other technologies, the capacity of data communications is expected to increase, leading to a rise in the number of data centers. We prioritize DC energy conservation not only by reducing the conventional PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) value but also by taking a comprehensive approach.

HVAC design for critical equipment rooms

We plan and design HVAC systems for critical equipment rooms, where high heat generating equipment such as servers, control panels, and communication devices are stored, with a redundant configuration as a BCP measure. Our designs also take energy conservation into consideration.

Other energy-saving designs

In today’s world, there is a growing demand for environmentally-friendly buildings, including those that support decarbonization, SDGs, and ZEB/ZEH design. As equipment designers, we stay up-to-date with the latest technology and design air conditioning systems that incorporate cutting-edge equipment technologies to support our clients’ sustainability goals.

  • ・Latent-displacement air conditioning, desiccant air conditioning, radiant heating and cooling, etc.
  • ・Installation of equipment systems for Well Building Standard
  • ・Energy center design
